Cancellation & Refund Policy

Beqtale (ASK MERCH) prioritises client satisfaction and offers flexible cancellation policies. This policy allows for cancellations only if requested before the product is shipped.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the orders have already been transmitted to vendors and shipped.

Customers can request a refund or replacement if they believe the goods were of poor quality when delivered.

Please report damaged or defective goods to our Customer Service staff. The merchant will consider the request after doing their own checks and determinations.The tag should not be removed. This should be notified within 2–3 days of receiving the items.

If the goods you received do not meet your expectations, please notify our customer care within 2-3 days of getting it. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make a suitable judgement.

If you have a problem with a warranty-covered product, please contact the manufacturer directly.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Beqtale (ASK MERCH), it’ll take 0-7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
